Make AI
work.
Three things clients come to us for: winning more business, producing more with the same team, and running smoother operations. Each is built with AI agents and pipelines, with guardrails and a person in charge of what matters.

Outreach engines · Prospect research · Proposal packets
Prospecting, research, and proposals take hours your team doesn't have.
We build outreach engines, research pipelines, and proposal tools that run end to end: find real opportunities, draft the work, present it for your approval, then send securely and follow up.

Ship more content without more hires.
Video & rendering · Content scheduling · Daily briefings
Content, video, and publishing schedules outgrow the people who run them.
We build pipelines that turn recordings, research, and ideas into finished content, present it for your approval, then publish across every platform, re-rendering anything you send back.

Knowledge assistants · AI project management · DevOps & coding agents
Answers live in a few people's heads, and projects run on spreadsheets and status meetings.
We build knowledge assistants grounded in your documents, AI project management, and engineering automation that runs from ticket to deployment, with logging and human review built in.

Understand it.
Build it. Hand it over.
One defined problem. Direct collaboration. A system your team can actually operate.
- 01 / Understand
Define the work.
Agree on the problem, the tools and data involved, and how we'll know the solution works. Use a paid audit if the scope needs investigation; a clear scope can go straight to a proposal.
- 02 / Build
Put it to work.
Set the scope, connect the tools, and test with the people doing the work. Keep the decisions and tradeoffs visible.
- 03 / Handover
Give you the keys.
Documentation, training, and a clear handover. Add ongoing care if the system needs continued monitoring and improvement.
The right project
A real bottleneck.
A team ready to fix it.
- A recurring process with too many manual steps
- People who can help shape and test the solution
- A clear owner who can make decisions
- Budget for a focused project, from a $3,500 starter automation upward
Before we start
Practical questions.
Does every project need AI?
No, and we'll tell you when it doesn't. A direct integration or a simple automation is sometimes faster, cheaper, and more reliable. AI is the right tool when the work involves reading, judging, or writing language.
How do you keep AI accurate and safe?
By design, not hope. RAG assistants answer from your approved sources and show citations. Agents get only the access they need, and anything consequential waits for a person to approve it. Before launch we test against real examples from your business, and in production every AI action is logged with spending limits on model usage.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Usually, yes. Common ones include Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, Slack, Calendly, DocuSign, and anything with an API or reliable export. We confirm access, available integrations, and constraints before recommending a build.
How do you handle sensitive information?
We agree on access, data handling, model and vendor choices, and human-review requirements before implementation. Sensitive data can stay out of prompts, be redacted, or go only to providers whose data terms fit your obligations. Regulated or high-risk data needs additional scoping.
Do you work outside Baltimore?
Yes. Bootable is based in Baltimore and works remotely. Local collaboration around Maryland and DC can be discussed as part of the project.
